In order to gain references, I send my clients a Follow–up Questionnaire the week following the engagement. I ask for them to answer some questions in order for me to assess my work for quality control. In turn, my client’s input in the questionnaire gives me data to help keep our standards high and the music great! The information provided is used to make decisions for future engagements. Finally, these questionnaires are made available for any future inquiries to examine.
